Ohiopyle State Park's full-time crew swells from 14 to 40 during the summer months to handle the hundreds of thousands of visitors who come for hiking, backpacking, kayaking, camping, canoeing and picnicking, Manager Kenneth Bisbee said. “Our summer months are really busy,” Bisbee said, noting he still needs to fill two full-time positions and four seasonal positions.In addition to the park's 20,500 acres, Ohiopyle's staff is responsible for maintaining 27 miles of the Great Allegheny Passage — the section between Connellsville and Confluence, he said.
