Confluence 150 Celebration

Ride on out to lovely Confluence for this charming trail town’s sesquicentennial event on August 5! Starting with an opening color guard ceremony at 11:00 am, and continuing with an art show, a succession of live music each hour, a cornhole tournament, and vintage car show, this packed day will ring in Confluence’s 150th with style. At 8:00 pm, find the best vantage point for a lantern parade featuring a larger-than-life George Washington likeness, followed by evening fireworks. Great restaurants and ice cream await! Explore the Joshua C. Whetzel, Jr. Recreation Area, or Youghiogheny River Lake and Dam. And make an overnight of it among one of the many guesthouses and bed-and-breakfasts in town.
