Tree Planting Trail Care Tuesday

Join Friends of the Riverfront for a special tree-planting event along the Great Allegheny Passage between Pittsburgh’s South Side and Homestead! Please wear sturdy shoes, long pants, and layered sleeves to be removed. Monitor the forecast and dress for the weather, volunteers will work through light to moderate rain. Bring a reusable water bottle, water will not be available. All other project supplies and equipment will be provided. Projects may include removing weeds and other trail stewardship tasks.
