Scenic railroad excursions to Frostburg expected to resume in May. The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad is expecting to resume excursions to the Frostburg Depot in May as repair work on a landslide along the route nears completion. Railroad officials received bad news in February 2016 when two landslides were discovered along the route to Frostburg during a routine track inspection.
